Shipping and Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Standard delivery within India usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

We partner with reliable logistics providers like Delhivery, Bluedart, and Shiprocket for fast and safe deliveries.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available for most orders across India. We may call to confirm high-value or suspicious COD orders.

Returns and Refund

What is your return policy?

You can return unused, undamaged products within 5 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Are all products eligible for return?

No. Used items, items without original packaging, or returns after 5 days are not eligible and without any unboxing 360 degree video.
